REQUIRED RESTORATION AGREEMENT

Restoration work carries risk.

Before any restoration, cleaning, repair, presentation improvement, or handling-related service begins, the customer must acknowledge that the process can be risky and may result in unintended damage depending on the card’s age, material, surface, prior handling, existing defects, storage history, or other unknown conditions. While damage is not typical and CRX Sports works carefully, mistakes and unexpected outcomes can happen. By agreeing, the customer releases CRX Sports and all owners, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from liability for damage, loss in value, failed improvement, or other negative outcomes related to restoration or repair work.

I understand and agree that restoration or repair work is performed at my own risk, may damage the card or reduce its value, and releases CRX Sports and all affiliates from liability for restoration-related outcomes.
