Estimate your payoutCalculate fees for a card or a batch

YOUR COLLECTION, ITEM BY ITEM

Plan the payout before you pack.

Compare a handful of cards or a whole batch. Each card’s fee is calculated separately, so lower-value cards never hide inside a misleading average.

Your sale-price assumptions

Use one line per price point. Quantity means separately sold cards at that price. For a pre-approved lot, use its total price and quantity 1.

Add a sale price and a whole quantity from 1 to 500 for every line.

Shipping, payouts & service termsAnswers to common questions
What does the fee cover?

Photography, the standard listing, buyer communication, standard selling and payment fees, routine packing materials, and fulfillment work. There is no extra standard fee or card-processing deduction. Optional promoted listings, special insurance, grading prep, or other extras need an itemized quote and written approval first. CRX absorbs seller-performance penalties caused by its own account.

Who pays for shipping?

You pay to ship your accepted cards to CRX. Buyers normally pay outbound shipping separately; shipping collected is used for fulfillment and is not part of the consignor payout. Any free-shipping promotion or seller-funded shipping is disclosed and approved before listing. Unsold returns use an actual shipping and insurance quote approved by you.

Who chooses the listing price and accepts offers?

We agree in writing on auction or fixed-price format, starting or asking price, and the minimum acceptable offer. CRX will not lower an agreed minimum without approval. Auctions carry price risk; you approve that format before we list. No sale price, sale date, or return is guaranteed.

When do I receive my payout?

Within 7 business days after buyer delivery, the return period disclosed in the agreement has ended, and the sale funds have been released, provided no return or dispute is open. Your statement itemizes the sale price, selling fee, approved extras, and amount due. The payout method and applicable return period are set in your agreement before shipping.

What if a buyer returns the card or disputes the payment?

That card’s payout is held while the case is resolved. A refunded or canceled sale earns no CRX selling commission; any unrecovered third-party costs must be documented under your agreement. If funds were already paid out, a documented reversal can be reconciled against your balance or repayment obligations stated in the agreement. CRX’s own listing or fulfillment errors are not charged to you.

What happens to unsold cards?

The initial listing term is 90 days from the first listing unless your agreement says otherwise. At the end, you choose an approved relisting plan or return shipment. Unsold cards remain yours. There is no CRX unsold-card or withdrawal penalty, but agreed return shipping and previously authorized third-party costs still apply. Withdrawal is subject to active bids, accepted offers, and applicable selling rules disclosed in your agreement.

Which cards can I send?

Start with sports, TCG or non-sport cards you own or are authorized to consign. We generally accept individual cards or agreed lots expected to sell for $100 or more. Disclose damage, alterations, authenticity concerns and grading details. Acceptance and any lot grouping are confirmed in writing; do not ship unapproved additions.

Can I track the sale or contact the team?

Your request, recorded status and private conversation live in CRX Notify. Use the same request for questions and changes. Your agreement establishes the listing and payout reporting for accepted cards. CRX Notify is not a real-time bidding feed.

What if the received cards differ from my request?

We review the received inventory against the agreed details before listing. Undisclosed issues, missing items or different condition may require a revised plan and your approval. Keep your pre-shipment inventory, packing photos and tracking so concerns can be documented promptly.

These service terms are included in your written consignment proposal. We confirm card ownership, authenticity disclosures, intake inventory, pricing authority, and shipping arrangements before accepting a shipment.
